She has a proven ability to oversee projects from concept to delivery, coordinating between stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams while maintaining a clear focus on timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
Her background in structuring roadmaps, negotiating partnerships, and driving operational efficiency translates seamlessly into renovation project management, where attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication are critical. Jade’s hands-on approach, combined with her ability to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions, ensures that renovation projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

My background is rooted in the UK construction and property development industry, where I’ve delivered projects across multiple sectors with a consistent focus on quality and execution.
Novee Projects was created as a natural progression of that experience — a specialist business focused on luxury interior finishes. We apply the same discipline, structure, and attention to detail expected on construction sites to the final stages of a project.
